Abstract

Penghidupan pesakit strok seringkali diwarnai oleh perubahan fungsi dan kognitif yang mengubah kehidupan serta gejala yang memberatkan. Penjagaan hospis menekankan penjagaan berkualiti yang memberi tumpuan kepada meningkatkan keselesaan pesakit, mengurangkan kesakitan, dan memberikan sokongan emosi kepada pesakit dan keluarga mereka. Kajian ini bertujuan membincangkan model penjagaan hospis untuk pesakit angin ahmar kronik. Metodologi kajian ini dijalankan secara kualitatif melalui kaedah kepustakaan dengan merujuk kepada bahan cetak seperti jurnal, surat khabar, majalah, dan buku yang berkaitan untuk menerangkan model penjagaan hospis dan elemen yang berkaitan dengan penjagaan pesakit angin ahmar. Artikel ini menganalisis data ke atas dokumen dan teks terpilih. Seterusnya proses pengekodan secara tematik. Kajian ini mendapati model penjagaan hospis telah menjadi alternatif yang semakin popular dalam menyediakan penjagaan menyeluruh dan holistik kepada pesakit angin ahmar kronik. Walau bagaimanapun, model jagaan hospis yang dijalankan mempunyai kekangan dan cabaran masing-masing. Kepentingan kajian ini terletak dalam memperoleh kefahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai keberkesanan model penjagaan hospis untuk pesakit angin ahmar dan meningkatkan penyediaan penjagaan berkualiti untuk mereka. Dengan memahami model-model sedia ada dan menilai kekuatan dan kelemahan, kita dapat mengenal pasti aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dalam penyediaan penjagaan yang lebih baik dan tepat. Keseluruhannya, artikel ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai model penjagaan hospis untuk pesakit angin ahmar kronik. Pemahaman yang jitu terhadap penyediaan model ini akan meningkatkan kualiti penyediaan penjagaan hospis ke atas pesakit angin ahmar kronik dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup bersama.
