Abstract

Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) telah merangka Pelan Strategik Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (PSKPM) 2024–2030 bagi memperkukuh sistem pendidikan negara selaras dengan perkembangan pendidikan digital semasa. Dalam konteks ini, pelaksanaan Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah (PBD) berasaskan Kecerdasan Buatan Generatif (Gen-AI) bagi mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu semakin mendapat perhatian, khususnya berkaitan isu kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan pentaksiran. Kajian ini bertujuan membincangkan isu dan cabaran pelaksanaan PBD menggunakan Gen-AI dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu. Kajian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbentuk tinjauan literatur melalui analisis dokumen, artikel jurnal dan laporan berkaitan PBD serta pendidikan digital. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa pelaksanaan PBD berasaskan Gen-AI berhadapan dengan pelbagai cabaran melibatkan guru, murid, pentadbir sekolah, infrastruktur serta sokongan ibu bapa dan masyarakat. Selain itu, isu kompetensi digital guru, tekanan pentaksiran berterusan, jurang digital dan ketidaksediaan infrastruktur turut mempengaruhi keberkesanan pelaksanaan PBD. Implikasi kajian menekankan kepentingan latihan profesional guru, penambahbaikan infrastruktur digital, pemantauan pentaksiran serta penggunaan teknologi secara beretika bagi memastikan kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan instrumen pentaksiran dapat dipertingkatkan. Kajian ini juga mencadangkan agar lebih banyak penyelidikan dijalankan berkaitan pembangunan instrumen PBD berasaskan Gen-AI yang lebih sistematik, autentik dan sesuai dengan konteks pendidikan Bahasa Melayu.

The Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) introduced the Ministry of Education Malaysia Strategic Plan (PSKPM) 2024–2030 to strengthen digital education and assessment practices. In this context, the implementation of Classroom Assessment (PBD) using Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) in the Malay Language subject has raised concerns regarding the validity and reliability of assessment. This study aims to discuss the issues and challenges of implementing Gen-AI-based PBD in Malay Language education. A qualitative literature review approach was employed through the analysis of journal articles, reports, and related documents. The findings show that challenges involve teachers’ competency, students’ readiness, school management, infrastructure, and parental support. Issues such as digital competency, assessment pressure, and the digital divide also affect the effectiveness of PBD implementation. Therefore, continuous teacher training, infrastructure improvement, and ethical technology use are essential to ensure effective and reliable assessment practices. Future studies are recommended to focus on developing more systematic and authentic Gen-AI-based assessment instruments for Malay Language education.
