POTENSI KECERDASAN BUATAN (AI) DALAM SISTEM PENDIDIKAN DI MALAYSIA: ANALISIS KANDUNGAN

Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) ialah cabang sains komputer yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan sistem yang mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang biasanya memerlukan kecerdasan manusia. Walau bagaimanapun, di sebalik potensi AI dalam mentransformasikan sistem pendidikan di Malaysia, terdapat jurang penyelidikan yang signifikan dalam memahami pengintegrasian AI ke dalam sistem pendidikan Malaysia dengan berkesan. Objektif kajian ini ialah untuk memberi ulasan mengenai potensi AI dalam sistem pendidikan di Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kandungan dengan beberapa peringkat analisis kemudian hasil analisis ini digunakan untuk membentuk gambaran yang jelas tentang potensi AI dalam sistem pendidikan di Malaysia, serta cabaran dan peluang yang berkaitan. Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) mempunyai potensi yang besar dalam sistem pendidikan di Malaysia. Berikut adalah beberapa cara AI dapat mempengaruhi pendidikan: (a) pengupayaan pembelajaran personal; (b) pengalaman pembelajaran interaktif; (c) kebolehcapaian dan keterangkuman; (d) peningkatan prestasi pelajar; (e) pembangunan perisian dan aplikasi; dan (f) penggunaan chatbot atau tutor maya. Sebagai kesimpulan, AI mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk membawa perubahan positif dalam sistem pendidikan di Malaysia. Untuk kajian masa depan mengenai potensi AI dalam sistem pendidikan Malaysia, disarankan untuk memberi tumpuan kepada beberapa bidang utama.
